Money-Back Policy
Beyond the refund rights granted under applicable laws and app platform policies, if you completed a purchase directly through our website and the money-back option was displayed to you during checkout, you may be eligible for a voluntary refund, provided that you reach out to us at support@title-outfits.com and satisfy the eligibility conditions outlined below. Please be aware that refunds for purchases made through an App Store-distributed app must be requested directly from the App Store, and will be processed in accordance with App Store policies. Please also note that you may cancel your subscription without receiving a refund by contacting us at support@title-outfits.com.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Our Commitment. If you feel that the service falls short of your expectations, we provide a straightforward and transparent refund process.
Non-Usage Refund. If you have taken out a subscription but have not engaged with the product at all (meaning zero progress in your practical units and no activity beyond the initial onboarding), you qualify for a full refund at any point — with no time limit for submitting your request.
To begin the refund process, send a short email to support@title-outfits.com. While we aim for complete customer satisfaction, we reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria, unless otherwise required by law.
App Store Purchases. If you took out a subscription or activated a free trial via the App Store, please note that all refunds are managed by Apple. To submit a refund request, follow the steps outlined on the Apple support page.
GENERAL LOCAL REFUND RULES
As a general rule, if you do not satisfy the conditions described above, all fees paid are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where stated otherwise herein or required by applicable law.
Note for EU residents: If you are based in the EU, you have a 14-day window to withdraw from a contract without providing a reason and without bearing any costs.
Note for residents of Great Britain: If you are based in Great Britain, you have a 14-day window to withdraw from a contract without providing a reason and without bearing any costs.
Note for residents of Brazil: If you are based in Brazil, you have a 7-day window to withdraw from a contract without providing a reason and without bearing any costs.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after your purchase of the Service. If you made use of a free trial, the withdrawal period expires 14 days from the start of that trial.
Subject to the above, to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by sending an email to support@title-outfits.com. You may use the model withdrawal form, although doing so is not required.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to dispatch your withdrawal notice before the applicable period has lapsed.
Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you. The reimbursement will be carried out without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from the date we are notified of your decision to withdraw. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you have explicitly consented to an alternative arrangement; in either case, no fees will be charged to you in connection with the reimbursement.
If you were presented with, and gave your prior express consent to, the commencement of service delivery within the withdrawal period, along with an acknowledgment that doing so waives your right of withdrawal, then, unless the Service is defective, you will not be entitled to a refund for digital content and will only qualify for a proportional refund for digital services. Where this applies, we will furnish you with a durable record confirming your prior consent and acknowledgment.
